Medical CoverageMedical coverage for full time employees and their eligible dependents is effective on the first day of employment. Employees can select from several medical plan options. The company also offers medical benefits to part time employees once they have met certain eligibility requirements. The amount of this benefit is determined by base pay and by years of service.
