Medical Coverage

Medical coverage for full time employees and their eligible dependents is effective on the first day of employment. Employees can select from several medical plan options. The company also offers medical benefits to part time employees once they have met certain eligibility requirements.

Dental Coverage

The dental plan is designed to encourage regular preventative treatment, and to assist employees in paying for more expensive dental treatment. The company also offers dental benefits to part time employees once they have met certain eligibility requirements.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees and their dependents a confidential, professional consultation and referral service.

Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD & D) Insurance

Full time employees are provided with Life insurance and AD & D coverage. In addition, employees have the option to purchase additional Life and AD & D coverage for an additional premium cost.

Short Term Disability

Short Term Disability coverage provides continued compensation in the event of a non-work related accident or illness for up to 26 weeks.

Long Term Disability

Long Term Disability provides a source of income to employees if they remain disabled for a period of over 26 weeks. Employees share in the cost of this benefit.

Retirement Income Plan

To assist in planning for and funding retirement needs, the company maintains a Retirement Income Plan for full time employees. The amount of this benefit is determined by base pay and by years of service.

Employee Savings Plan/401(k)

The Employee Savings Plan/401(k) provides employees with an excellent savings and investment opportunity. Through this plan, employees can choose to save on a before or after tax basis and the company also makes a matching contribution.
